ICL’s ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) practices embody the Company’s commitment to best-practice corporate governance and ensure that it conducts business in a way that will lead to sustainable growth while balancing the needs of its various stakeholders. 

This commitment begins with ICL’s CEO, its Global Compliance Officer and its senior management, and extends throughout the organization.
The Company’s Board of Directors and the ICL management take various measures to ensure that the company conducts its business in accordance with its sustainable development guidelines. 

ICL has created committees dedicated to monitoring and enforcing high standards of environmental, safety and social responsibility. These committees regularly consult with independent experts to evaluate ICL’s economic, social and environmental impact and to ensure compliance with all its legal obligations. ICL’s Global VP EHS is responsible for environmental, safety, occupational health and security issues, and all related risks. The VP EHS reports directly to ICL’s EVP Operations. The EVP Operations reports on these issues to ICL’s CEO, and, periodically, on his behalf, to the Board of Directors.

The Company’s sustainable practices integrate social, economic and environmental considerations into all its business activities. These practices stress social responsibility, which includes taking responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of its employees, reducing environmental impact, and creating a dialogue governed by transparent communication with authorities and communities, as well as other matters regarding sustainability.

ESG Transparency

ICL is committed to providing clear and transparent information to its stakeholders. As part of that commitment, the company designed a new investor portal on the company website, incorporating an Interactive Data Tool that provides current and historical company specific quarterly and annual financial data, ESG-related indicators and interactive charting capabilities, downloadable to Excel, making financial and ESG data more accessible and visible for investors.
