The Company does not have contracts with its current directors, excluding the Executive Chairman. Directors are elected each year at the Annual General Meeting (except external directors, whose terms are set by law).

New Board members receive information about ICL and its operations which includes, among others, the latest annual & periodic reports, ICL’s strategy, LRP and current year budget, as well as minutes of the Board meetings from the previous 12 months, etc. In addition, new board members are scheduled for personal meetings with the executive management as soon as possible after entering into service. All directors receive periodic training on relevant issues when there are significant changes.
Mr. Yoav Doppelt joined the Board of ICL in December of 2018, as of July 2019 serves as Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Raviv Zoller serves as ICL’s President & CEO as of May 2018.
Each committee of the Board operates in accordance with a written charter that sets forth the committee’s structure, operations, membership requirements, responsibilities and authority to engage advisors. As of the end of 2020, the ICL Board included the following committees: audit and accounting committee; human resources and compensation committee; environment, safety and public affairs committee; operations committee and financing committee.

ESG are material issues for ICL, as a global manufacturing company operating in many different regions and lines of business. To meet the expectations of its diverse stakeholders, ICL aspires for best practices in the management of all ESG fields.
Each quarterly Board meeting begins with a safety and ecology update and presentation, and throughout the year the Board also discusses environmental issues in detail, including (among others) climate-change risks and opportunities, employee safety, corporate responsibility and sustainability.

The Company values the importance of gender diversity and adequate representation within the Board of Directors. Accordingly, the Company strives to increase the gender diversity of the Board. In instances of appointing a new director or the replacement of an incumbent director, the Company gives preference to candidates from the underrepresented gender (at the time of the appointment). This preference is conditioned on the preferred candidate’s skill-set, pending similar quality in relation to other candidates.

Raviv Zoller, ICL’s President & CEO, has been unanimously nominated as the Chairman of IFA's Sustainability Committee.
IFA (International Fertilizers Association) is the biggest global fertilizer association and has a membership of more than 430 entities. IFA’s membership encompasses companies across the fertilizer value chain from producers through traders and distributors and service providers to advisors, research organizations and NGOs.

ICL’s CFO, Kobi Altman, won the '2020 CFO of The Year' by the Israeli CFO Forum. Kobi serves as ICL CFO as of 2015 and is a key management figure in working with the Company's BOD and employees, especially within the financial unit.
The award was granted to Kobi for his contribution to ICL's financial stability throughout the years despite a challenging business environment, and for leading the financial unit towards top tier technological ingenuity.
