From promoting ethical business conduct and fair labor practices to supporting employee development and investment in the community, ICL has created a culture of integrity and purpose that unifies its employees around the world.
These have been challenging times for all. Worldwide, ICL employees, their families and communities have been challenged by COVID-19 and its economic and social impact. From the start, ICL has worked to create a solid support system for its employees, as well as its retirees. Various activities have been developed and multiple initiatives have been launched to enable them to remain ‘physically isolated - but not alone’.
